and reported in MRR.I plan, build and manage your Google Ads. You get reports on trials, pipeline and new MRR. Clicks and impressions stay in the appendix.
15 minutes with me, not a sales rep. You'll leave with a go or no-go on paid search.
Clicks and CTR are inputs. What I report is what the account produced: trials, demos, pipeline, new MRR and months to payback.

Trial sign-ups jumped this morning. Did something change?

Yes, I moved budget into the competitor campaign yesterday. I'll check trial-to-paid on Friday and report back here.
Changes made by: Mitch only
At most agencies a senior sells the account and a junior runs it. I have no juniors to hand it to. Strategy, build, weekly changes and reporting are all done by me.

Each account starts with your unit economics. If they look like a poor fit for paid search, I'll say so before we start.
Sign-up to paid rate, LTV and target payback, compared against current CPCs for your keywords.
Trial, demo and paid events sent back to Google Ads from your product, CRM or Stripe.
Starting with high-intent and competitor terms, then moving into non-branded demand.
Weekly changes, and a report written in MRR.
“Mitch has been incredible to work with. Explained difficult concepts clearly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Will definitely work with him again!”

Google Ads amplifies a product that already sells. It can't create a market for one that doesn't. It works if you:
Trials, freemium or demo requests. I've run all three and set up tracking for each.
This shows product-market fit, and gives enough data to judge whether paid search makes sense.
If churn is too high, customers won't stay long enough to pay back what it cost to acquire them.
Pre-revenue, or hoping ads will find product-market fit for you? I'm probably not the right hire yet.
You keep control of your account, your data and your contract.
Every campaign is reported on weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with MRR and pipeline data.
Campaigns run in your own Google Ads account, on your card. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.
I write the tracking myself, so paid sign-ups and their value flow back into Google Ads. The dataLayer and UTM tools on this site are ones I built.
Month-to-month, from $2,000.
Search Engine Journal, PPC Hero, Optmyzr and PPC Chat.

Couldn't find an answer?
Book a call and ask me directly.
Before we work together, I look at your sign-up to paid rate, customer lifetime value and target payback, and compare them with what clicks cost for your keywords. That shows what the campaigns need to hit to be profitable, and how realistic it is. If the numbers don't work, I'll tell you on the call. If they do, the same numbers become the targets I report against.
You talk to me, not a sales rep. You don't need to give me access to your Google Ads account. Rough figures for revenue per customer, sign-up to paid rate and current ad spend are enough.
By the end you'll get a go or no-go on paid search. If it isn't a fit yet, I'll say so and explain what would need to change.
Two parts. My management fee starts at $2,000 a month. Your ad spend is paid to Google directly, on your own card.
Most of my clients start with $5,000 to $10,000 a month in ad spend and scale up once results come in. The right amount depends on your sign-up to paid rate, customer lifetime value and target payback, and I'll size it with you on the call.
Me. From the first call to the weekly reports, you deal with me. There are no account managers, juniors or offshore staff on your account.
I've worked in paid media for 8+ years across 85+ verticals, in agencies, as a freelancer and in my own businesses. I keep a small client list on purpose, so your account gets real hours from the person who built it.
Most accounts have campaigns live within 7 days of onboarding. That includes the tracking, so trials, demos and paid customers are reported back to Google Ads from the start.
There are no lock-in contracts. It's month-to-month. Campaigns run in your own Google Ads account, on your card, so if we stop working together everything stays with you.
We agree the targets before you sign or pay anything, usually cost per trial or demo, cost per paying customer and months to payback. My reports are written against those. I can't guarantee results (no one can), but I'll make sure your campaigns have every chance of success.
Often, yes. But the cost of a click doesn't matter on its own. What matters is whether more revenue comes back than you spend. Search is competitive because it works. I've run accounts with clicks over $100 that stayed profitable.
Book in a call and I'll show you how I'd scale your acquisition with Google Ads for your product.
